Today I was able to spray four coats of KTM-9 with the Preval sprayer. I thinned it with denatured alcohol, to the recommended ratio, but it was too thick. It was probably used with an air gun, not the little sprayer. I thinned it more. It sprayed OK, but with five brushed coats, it'll do fine. Before I sprayed the finish, I sanded everything smooth with 400 grit. I wanted a flat surface for the spraying. One week is the wait time for drying.
